One more thing you need to know about us is that we wont post frequently because some of us are either very busy or in my case VERY lazy. So bear with us.

NIHON NO FESUTIBARU (JLF)


We went to Japanese Language Festival which was held at SMK (P) Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, two days 24th Septh until 25th September 2011. There were many Japanese Language Markets. You can eat any nihon no tambemono like; udon, takoyaki and dorayaki. There were also some kawaii and creative things. You can shop till you  drop there! Besides that, there were also movie, speech contest and choral speaking competition.

 In the evening, we learnt how to dance yosakoi. Guess what, we danced around the field! Awesome!We were the first school that have the guts to dance yosakoi.At first it was embarrassing but then all the other school  joined us.

On the next day, we entered the cultural workshops that had chosen when Mrs Margaret registered us before. There were many workshops.Such as;


  • Self  Defense- learn how to protect yourself when in danger like when you face a stanger/ pervert/ robber.

  • Cooking- learn how to cook Japanese Food    emmm.. nyummy~

  2. wagashi
  • Everything is about hana (flower)

  • Learn how to wrap thing with a nice and save cost- Japanese Gift Wrapping  
  • Learn how to carry things (Love the Earth)- furoshiki   
  • For those who likes drawing, you can enter Manga Drawing!   
  • Kami (papers)

  3. paper craft
  4. calligraphy
  • And many more!

Very interesting! Omoshiroi desu ne! I bet even you will enjoy it as much as we do if  you were there. We learnt  so many new things. Some of them we can apply on our daily routine.we will remember this day for the rest of our lives. :)
